The Air Movement and Control Association International, Inc. (AMCA) is an independent, international and non-commercial organization that develops, establishes and monitors standards and certifications for air handling equipment and applications. It is headquartered in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Air handling applications certified by AMCA primarily include fans, ventilators, and air curtains, as well as air measurement stations and laboratory test benches for measuring air and sound performance, for example. The organization sees its mission as promoting the growth of the air handling applications industry and reconciling it with the public interest.
